Once the home’s contents have been sorted and organized, we will pack items and clearly mark each box:
For items of value, we photograph, catalog, and research the current market value.
Each client’s needs will determine if these items are sold online or through an estate sale.
For rare or high value items, we arrange for a certified appraiser to value the item(s).
We have a number of charities that we work with or clients can select their charity of choice.
Some organizations will provide a tax receipt for the value of the donation.
We will arrange to have the receipt made to the client, if attainable.
We will arrange for garbage hauling or bin service for any unusable items.
Rest assured, we prefer to donate, sell or recycle to keep as much out of the landfill as possible.
Hazardous materials are disposed of in an environmental safe manner.
Once the home contents are cleared, we will ensure the home is cleaned and ready for market or the next resident.
Should the home require small home repairs, painting, or carpet cleaning, we can arrange for preferred vendors to provide a quote.
