My career path has taken me from working my way up the corporate sector, to managing millions of dollars for a charity and now the founder and proud owner of unFinished Details.
I believe my knowledge, experience and leadership skills blend well to oversee this thriving small business built to serve our clients and our community.
On a personal level, I can relate to many of our clients. When my mom needed to move into a retirement home due to health issues, I traveled between two cities to help her. She was unable to physically move herself and desperately needed someone to help her with sorting, packing and lifting.
In hindsight, I would have preferred to spend time "with" her rather than focusing on sorting and packing her things.
My mom passed away several years later, and I was faced with traveling back and forth again to clear her suite and take care of her belongings. I know first hand the stresses families face while handling such details.
When the pandemic hit, I was asked to work with an out of province family that was unable to clear the home of their loved one because of travel restrictions.
It was clearly a difficult time for the family and it was then that I knew how I could help more families.
No matter which sector or position, people have always been my main focus and joy!
I started working with owner, Aneve (my Mom!) on a number of estate clearings over the last several years.
Each home had its own unique requirements and each challenged my ability to sort, organize and clear the contents. Having previous experience cleaning show homes, I was able to utilize my knowledge and skills.

After seeing the reaction of our clients when they view our competed work, I knew it was something I was passionate about. I know firsthand how sensitive and compassionate estate clearing can be, and I understand why our service is so important for people.
Being part of unFinished Details is such a rewarding experience; bringing a home through the stages of clearing and cleaning to a completely clean, beautiful home ready for new owners and new memories. I am excited to take on every challenge that’s presented to me and help put all the pieces together to provide the best solutions for our clients.
My mom (Aneve) has been my biggest role model in my life and now in business. I have learned a great deal from her, and she continues to mentor me and challenge me.
I have always been passionate about working with people and being able to put our heads together to create a harmonized plan makes it extra special. I’m proud to be able to work with my mom to expand Unfinished Details and continue her legacy in Calgary.
At a young age I discovered that I was passionate about serving others. My customer service skills began in high school, and has continued to develop as I've worked in a variety of different work settings.

My experience in the service industry taught me that even though we are all on different paths, at one point or another we can all use a helping hand. I knew unFinished Details was a perfect fit for me.
I'm no stranger to the stress of packing, sorting and downsizing as I have relocated several times between Alberta and BC. Most recently I moved into a beautiful character house outside of Calgary - one that needed a lot of care and attention (love).
I found myself enjoying the task of being able to sort and pack up someone's old memories. Every room, once packed up and cleaned, revealed a new beginning.
I understand that clearing a space similar to my own can be a very daunting job, and knowing that I can be responsible for taking the stress off of someone else's shoulders is very fulfilling.
I look forward to this journey with each of our clients, whether it is helping them transition into a smaller home through downsizing or closing a chapter of life.
